Billed annually through Stripe. You can also subscribe in the iPhone app through Apple. Both unlock the same apps on your Dotobot account; you only need one subscription. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Local prices and any applicable taxes are shown before purchase.
Your server is yours
The open-source harness is free to run under Apache 2.0, with no Dotobot account or app subscription required. You provide the server and manage its security, updates and backups. Set up your server.
Questions
Is there a free trial?
No. The apps subscription starts when payment is confirmed. You can cancel at any time and keep app access until the end of the paid year.
Does it include hosting or AI usage?
No. Pay your hosting provider and use your own AI accounts with Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI and others. Provider and connector charges are separate.
What happens if I stop paying?
App access ends when the subscription and any applicable payment grace period expire. Your self-hosted harness keeps running, and your bots, files and data remain on your server. You can still use the free harness tools.
Where do I manage my subscription?
For website purchases, open your account and choose Manage billing. For an iPhone purchase, use your Apple ID subscription settings. Restore purchases in the app if an existing Apple subscription is missing.
